Oh Stop! no Tell me more! haha!

It is a little inside joke a few of my friends and I say to each other. When someone gives a compliment and the other blushes and says “oh Stop, Oh but tell me more, keep telling me how wonderful I am!” Haha! Yes we are funny!

Which brings me to this post. The other day I received this message on my facebook page. I read it and my heart was full of gratitude. Those words ran through my mind as I laughed to myself.

I am so grateful to have this wonderful job but even more grateful there is people out there that enjoy looking at my work. So thank you!!It means the world!

Here is the message I got. ( I kind of want to print it out and hang it in my office where I can read it everyday when I get discouraged. Should I?

“Your photography is truly outstanding, inspiring, and in every way magnificent! Honestly, I have yet to find someone whose skill I find comparable to yours. So, thank you for sharing your pictures with the world.”

This makes me want to express more to those who I look up to and who I feel does truly beautiful work.

It was a good change of pace to have a newborn session. Little Whit was perfect. We only got peed on a few times. Haha! It comes with the job I guess. And I cant get over this little girl. She is so cute just like her mama! And she was such a ham! I had to post a few outtakes that I thought were so cute. And now Baby Whit and Macy…

I think this first one is my favorite. I just love the simplicity of it. Sigh….

What a goof huh? She was cracking me up!

I am just finishing up my high school Seniors for the 2011-2012 school year. And as crazy as these last two months have been I am so grateful to have the work I do and be able to do what I love. I have loved getting to know all of my clients. I seriously have the BEST clients! If you are a Junior this year and you want me to shoot for you, please contact me asap. I am already starting to book out next years seniors.

Here is beautiful Taylor. Before this shoot I had not met her. I have known her mom for a few years and I was lucky enough to photograph Taylors two older twin sisters. It was such an honor to photograph Taylor. She was so sweet and kind. Before the shoot, she had told me they were trying to get horses for her shoot because she loves them. We got lucky enough to shoot at a place that had a pasture of horses and they came right up to her. PERFECT!

This shoot was so fun. I love just concentrating on one person. This is Miles. He is turning 8. He is so sweet. He loves Star wars so we was sure to add in some cool Star Wars shots with the light Saber.I loved this kids outfits and style. Hats off to his mom!! I loved all the colors. it makes for a great image! Here are a few of my favs….

Have you loved all the mini session posts? This finishes them up for this day of mini sessions. I really enjoyed all the kids that I got to shoot. This kid was no exception. I adore Kooper. It is crazy to me I have been photographing him since he was just a baby. Can you believe how cute this kid is?? As I was going through them, I kept saying to my husband, “Look At this kid!Isn’t he SOO cute??” And I also adore his mom.
